Poor experience overall. Went here because of how good the coffee was at the qualicum location. Ordered drinks and some cookies and sat down. After waiting 20min for drinks found out they lost our order. Requested a refund. Would have expected an apology and maybe an offer to refund and still have the drinks made, but I recieved neither. To their credit it was a busy time when we gave our order. However, it had soon calmed down. Things are too expensive these days for such mid experiences.
