I want to like this place because it is close to my house and convenient but I have had 2 bad experiences. Personally I will not waste my money here anymore. The woman doing my nails was so rude and wouldn't listen when I wanted my toe nails short. She refused to do it and made a scene even though I insisted. The other time was with my daughter, she asked for a sticker design that she saw on another young girl, instead her technician went and did her own design that wasn't asked for. I just walked in here urgently with my 7 year old daughter who accidentally glued two fake nails painfully low on her cuticles (long story - birthday party girl stuff, LOL) - my kiddo was in tears and the sweet ladies here rescued us! Took her right away and very carefully removed them taking care not to hurt her. They didn’t even charge us. Angels work here Thank you so, so much
Highly recommend for its' beautifully renovated space, quality work, and friendly staff.
Great experience after their recent remodel. Nice, fresh, relaxing, clean environment. Greeted upon arrival and seen within scheduled apt time. Did mani and pedi, my provider did an excellent job. No hard sell on upgrades. Will definitely be back🩷
