I always have a good experience when I get my nails done here.
Bad service, one of the workers wasn’t able to do manicures and still did it (he only filed my nails) then another lady came in and she rushed through a manicure. Would not recommend
I scheduled an appointment at this salon well in advance for 09/06 at 10:30am. When I arrived, only 3 technicians were working and no one even greeted me. 5 minutes later, someone asked what I wanted. I explained I made an appointment and wanted gel X for a French tip (something I also put in the appointment notes, but I wasn’t actually expecting anyone to read that). I have been here several times over the past few years and my manicure pedicure (basic, nothing fancy) is always hit or miss. This last time will be my last- the pedicure was thorough, manicure was okay. When I looked closely at my pedicure polish it was sloppy and the polish was dull. This has happened before, I think the polish is old and or thinned out. Disappointing.
