I was seen in the emergency department at the end of March during the lockdown for Covid 19. I was billed 4,000 AFTER INSURANCE 2,836 for LEVEL 4 eval with an IV CHARGED 1160 for IV, 1676.00 for a “LEVEL FOUR VISIT, where the PA NEVER TOUCHED ME AND EVALUATED ME FROM ACROSS THE ROOM” there is no way this is an appropriate charge for the less than 5 minutes that he was in the room with NO PHYSICAL EXAM. RecommendedSo thankful they are continuing to offer the Prepared Childbirth and other classes for new parents online virtually! Tamra is a great teacher, great at answering questions. My 17yr old daughter had her appendix removed last night. Kind of scary for her considering her father & I had to wait outside in our car. Staff was absolutely amazing! Thank you for taking great care of my daughter! You all ROCK⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
please hire better staff. we don't like healthcare workers making jokes about this pandemic by pretending to be "coughing". hire better people! we'll just use other hospitals instead of french even if it means we have to drive farther.

Both my parents were hospitalized Feb 2020 with the Type A Flu they shared a room and both were critical both 91. Unfortunately we lost our mom 😢 but not for lack of trying by the incredibly talented nurses and Drs. They did everything they could. The Nurses were so dedicated and fought so hard for both of them. They brought dad back with their caring and knowledge and grit. We are so grateful to have been able to bring him home. Their absolute dedication to both of them was amazing. My daughter was just seen in the ER for a left hand burn. Scared and in a lot of pain, she was greeted with kindness, compassion and professionalism by every staff member. Her Nurse Tamara was wonderful. Thank you for taking care of my daughter as if she was your own.
nurses are very knowledgeable ,patient centered and courteous. it appears to stay up to date
