We are entering our 6th year at living at French Garden and we find the apartment very spacious, comfortable and affordable. The management is a big reason for our satisfaction. We've only had two managers in 6 years and the present person, Dawn, has been phenomenal. She responds very quickly to any and all requests in a kind way. She has surrounded herself with maintenance persons who go over and above to make residents comfortable and safe. This respect for us as tenants makes it easy to give management 5 stars. 0 stars if possible. Never seen such a terrible under qualified property manager before. After getting in the property manager Dawns back about my application process many times which took 3 weeks, she told me that I would be getting my acceptance email with the lease info and move in date confirmation. That never happened and getting in touch with her is impossible. Don’t waste your time and effort here.
