They never answer phone at parts department, I've put this review 3 years ago it's 2025 and they still don't answer the phone at parts department.
Mechanics are lazy. Always forgetting to complete the job. Took my truck to get several things done just to come back to a half done job.
I mean, this place is nice to get parts from. But if you were looking to get your truck fixed, just know that it is going to take a long time for even a simple fix. I just needed my starter replaced and my batteries changed. I already had the parts. I had to tow it there and then three days later I had to tow it to another mechanic because they only did a diagnostics at that point and weren’t even going to start on it for another two days.
