Well, with all the reviews about the parts department not answering...... I can't believe that the management hasn't fixed it. The poor operator I'm sure gets an earful. She keeps saying they're busy but I call bullshit on that one. Nothing against her at all, she's doing her job and I have an emergency to deal with but I have to wait on parts to pick up the phone. Been calling since 1100 am. No answers just a constant loop of hold music. Finally started calling. Talked to Sergio he gave me 2 direct lines 1028 and 1030. No answer on either one. So then I tried to call him back several times. Would answer and be placed on hold immediately I can hear him before he did it. So I decided to *67 my number to make it private and wouldn't you know it Sergio answered. Horrible horrible horrible service

Workers just totally suck in the parts department. They do not listen to the customers at all. Instead each person here is laughing and making jokes like little children. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
