Had a problem with our 2009 kenworth, had it towed in on a thursday night, was told that they would have it diagnosed by 12:00 noon the following day. Driver got there the next day, and sure enough they never even had looked at it. They changed there tune and said that it would be monday, before they could get at it. Long story short, we decided to tow it to a different dealer, that was 145 miles away, and when we called to see what we owed them, they said $200.00, for 20 minutes that it was hooked up.
