I had a foster puppy who was vision and hearing impaired and he came to me from the Midwest very ill which they thought he had kennel cough. By the time he was with me, he was not doing good at all and French Creek Vet took him in at the last minute emergency request from me. It turns out that this puppy, whose name was Petey had collapsed lung, bilateral pneumonia and other problems. I love all the vets and staff at FCVH. They all go out of the way to make my puppers and I feel welcome.
We adopted our dog Gizmo a little over a year ago and she was badly abused. Our past vet was fearful of her and always wanted to muzzle her - I had to find a vet that would understand her behaviors and not reinforce the fear - Dr. Gall was exactly that! She loved our Gizmo from first sight and immediately sat on the floor and developed a trust with her. Her time and her patience was like no other vet I have ever seen! No muzzle, just a loving and companionate heart. Thank you Dr. Gall!
We had a great experience! We've gone to Douglassville Vet all her life but since we live here we loved it, as much as a cat can love the vet! �
They were the best, more than once with my last dog, and have been so patient with my rescue dog!
