Not impressed!!! Our current doctor left the practice and my husband and I were given another. Our appointments were moved out 6 months, no explanation. With a change in RN's I was hoping communication would get better, not happening. Waiting to hear if a prescription would be called in, or not, on a Friday and no call....and they're are closed at noon. No "on-call" number. I don't want to go to emergency room for something that is not life or health threatening, not to mention the cost. I believe I am done with this group.
I see Dr pasquallchio, cant speak for the other docs. But hes terrific. I agree that the support staff leaves something to be desired.
Very difficult to get ahold of an actual person to speak with, DO's nurse's voice mail had not been changed since 12/24. Message stated office would be open again 12/31/18, I called 1/2/19. Finally kept pressing buttons until a live person answered, she had to "walk back" and find the nurse I needed to speak with. Doctor's nurse was most rude until I stated I was also a nurse ,who needed to let my mother's doctor know about an ER visit while she was out of town. That got some attention.
