You should be ashamed to have that kind of customer service! This is one of the rudest businesses I've ever dealt with! I am a business owner myself and would fire my employee on the spot if they ever treated one of our customers the way my mother and I were treated! I could never fathom being the owner and having such little tact. RUDE RUDE...BEYOND RUDE! I'm a business owner myself and I really do not understand how these people can still be in business.
Horrible customer service! Rude! Our cake wasn't ready for pickup at the scheduled time and the woman at the counter acted as if it was our fault. She never even said sorry or that they would deliver it since it was their fault. This woman was rude when we ordered the cake but we overlooked that because everybody has a bad day. We've never been treated so badly and will never order from here again!
ms Their cakes are SO over priced and not any better than any other bakery. Our wedding cake was frozen solid at 7pm. The owner takes a $100 deposit for the cake plate to be returned within 2 days. I returned the cake board and its been 2 1/2 months and she hasn't returned my deposit yet! She won't call us back and when we go in she's " not in." I'd say go somewhere else and save yourself the hassel. The time spent dealing with this bakery on top of the high prices makes me sick.
Never Again I was really disappointed when I went to pick up my husbands birthday cake. The cake looked like a wedding cake with poker chips thrown on there. I gave pictures and pictures of how I wanted the cake to look. She kept saying well I will have to charge u for this ... ok I'm not looking for a hand out. this was the worse service ever and on top of that, look how I was treated. Wedding Cake Cake was tasty. Has some difficulty in tasting all the flavors. Some that were requested did not come in sample box. Be aware of the delivery charge....$100 it what we had to pay, and the church was .3 miles away. We had to have it delivered because they do not allow you to pick up the cake if its 3 tiers. Again, cake was tasty but disappointed with the way the overall experience.
I know where I'll be getting MY wedding cake from The French Confection is the place my ENTIRE family goes for special occasion cakes. Everything from my cousin's (6)graduation parties to family weddings. They always taste delicious, the presentation is elegant, and our family's guests are always so impressed. They have always been so attentive to our every need and request, the customer service is great. When I get married in the fall, I know where I'll be getting my wedding cakes from.
Best b-day in the world I had the best cake I have ever had on my 40th b-day. My grandma decorated cakes so i have always had hers. Never again. Not only was it a work of art to look at ,but to taste. Wow! knock your socks off. Thank you and I will be looking for a reason to buy an other cake.
Great for our wedding I really liked The French Confection. We had them for our wedding in 2004. The cake was really good and the decorating was awesome. We had 3 layers of cake in shape of boxes and everyone couldn't believe it was real.
