Property management have this company as an approved vendor. Roof leak in our condo for 10 years. French Bros employed to investigate (again). They did not locate ingress point nor did they see any major issues!!!! (read post on Clean Comfort for details of a qualified vendor). What they did, was use CALKING on prospective leak areas on the outside of the roof. I AM PAYING IN CONDO FEES for these type of "approved vendors?" Someone needs to loose their license!
