I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers for a same-day hospital delivery, but they were never delivered to the recipient. Unfortunately, the recipient was discharged that same day, so the timing really mattered. I tried calling the shop multiple times to follow up, but no one answered, which made the situation even more frustrating. I placed an order for my wife with 1800Flowers for our 27th Anniversary on March 18th, the card they sent with the flowers was pathetic at best. The flowers started wilting two days later. My wife said that I should have bought the flowers at Sam's club and done the arrangement myself because I would have done a much better job.
AMAZING SERVICE. I’m truly pleasantly surprised! I ordered an arrangement from overseas for a friend who just gave birth. Customer service is impeccable. Available, precise, professional. I called and it was possible to make an order via a call and then I also asked for emails to show me the arrangement before and after the delivery - and they were willing to do that. Plus very decent prices!
