I don't live in Vegas (yet) so I need to have flowers delivered for my aunt, who is retiring, when I saw all these reviews. Ouch. I will move along for now, and thanks to everyone for the warning. This place seems seriously mismanaged. To the flower shop: I will be moving there soon. Give me an offer and I will turn this place around and run it to the sky. I am an efficiency and detail expert and I put my whole heart into everything I do. I am dying for a hopeless project like this!
I had the BEST experience with Josefina at 1-800-Flowers! She was super attentive, so sweet, and honestly hilarious. I was trying to find “I’m sorry” flowers for my boyfriend (long story lol)
I ordered some flowers for mother's Day to have them sent to the restaurant we were going to eat at. I thought this would be a great surprise for my mom to have them on the table when we arrived. I contacted the restaurant and they were ready, willing and able to accept the flowers after 3pm that day. I gave the instructions to the "florist" who assured me this wouldn't be a problem.
