The staff is good! The doorman is polite
Building constantly has unsafe homeless encampments on the 30th street side which spills over from the property onto sidewalks. Numerous complaints to the building and security there go unheard, I tried to address it with security directly and was verbally assaulted and screamed at and called names by the security guard, which is caught on camera for safety and record keeping. I wanted to relocate to Manhattan for my son. Fortunately They rejected my application I felt it was discriminatory. I saw dead water bugs in the stairwell. Glad I kept my private garden apartment in Queens.
Grew up here , my mom still lives here but for 4K a month in a building that is under serviced is crazy. Constant apartment flooding incidents every Summer/Fall/winter due to the 9th floor balcony/ Terrace area that is not weather proofed. every time they patch up the water and flood damage they just end up having todo it again every few months.
