Dr. French performed a laser treatment on a tooth with a very deep pocket in the gums. I was given lots of info about the procedure & what to expect before scheduling with the friendly front desk staff. Day of the procedure Dr French kept me informed every step of the way. After numbing up & right on through healing I had no pain! Thanks very much to this wonderful periodontist & her staff.
Front desk staff is abrasive, Dr. French was over an hour late to my mid day appointment - on a day of the week she admittedly never schedules procedures for. I saw the doctor for a total of about 6 minutes (I timed it) and was charged $180. That?s $1800/hour! The quote I was given for a procedure worked out to about $1500/hour. For that kind of money, an apology for flagrantly abusing my time would have been nice. I let their sales closer know that the pricing was out of line and I wasn?t happy about the abuse of my time.
