Just love this place! Must do while in Aspen! Best Gazpacho !!
We were recommended this place by a few people and decided to check it out. Unfortunately, the only thing good was the wine. Almost $60 for an overcooked thin ribeye and unseasoned fries… I just arrived from my flight and was too hungry to wait even longer for them to remake the steak. And on top of that, the server tried to tip herself 24% … underwhelming and disappointing. Go to meat & cheese for a proper steak and potatoes instead.
Cozy atmosphere, wonderful service, and authentic alpine cuisine. The fondue is outstanding. One of our favorite places to recommend to visitors.

Blown away by French Alpine Bistro. Absolutely stunning charm - intimate, dark, and very European feeling. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming even when we didn’t have reservations. For food, we got the fondue for the table with potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, apples, schnitzel, and crusty bread.
