Siid was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my friend and I. I wasn’t aware of all the inter workings of watches and jewelry as a whole. We explained what we wanted and he took care of us. My friends Bulova needed a gasket and had water damage, everything was replaced and he sized my Movado at a discounted rate. Extremely pleasant experience for something that could’ve been a headache. 5 stars.
