I needed to find a new vet and I am glad I was recommended to come here. Dr. Ueki is very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions! Highly recommended!
I’ve been bringing my cats here for check ups for veterinary services for the past four years. The doctors are very caring and communicative and the staff are always in good spirits and love all of the animals. It’s a wonderful clinic and I would definitely recommend their services!
I stopped by Fremont Veterinary Clinic because I'm expecting to bring home a Doberman puppy later this year and wanted to find the right veterinary team before my puppy arrives. I was so impressed with everyone I met. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, engaged, and genuinely interested in helping me. They worked together to answer all of my questions and even brought out a veterinary technician without me having to ask so I could get detailed answers about puppy care.
I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years & I feel so lucky to have a trusted place I can take my 2 cats! I’ve always gotten amazing care, the doctors and staff are all so kind & patient, I never have to wait too long for an appointment, and they go above and beyond to help. I was called while in the PARKING LOT WITH MY CAT to cancel our appointment. The call was at 7:50am for a 8am appointment. While it’s completely understandable that people get sick, there was no offer or slight amount of effort to see my cat. It was unacceptable timing and I think any business with common sense would try to address the situation given that I was PHYSICALLY AT THE OFFICE.
