The doctors are fine. No one here is warm or concerned with remembering anything about your pet. You the pet parent might as well not exist until it's time to pull out the credit card. The clinic does not care about people or pets beyond the bare minimum of being there for an exam and vaccines and swipe to pay. They denied my request for a simple parasite preventative prescription because they were either too lazy or too incompetent to review my dog's record first.
