The Toyota Service center in Sheridan is just phenomenal. Taylor and Michael are both wonderful to work with and great at keeping up communication with customers. I wish I knew the name of the mechanic that works on my car when I come in, but he does amazing work as well. I drive an older 4Runner and I recognize that with age, comes some more consistent maintenance/repairs, so I bring my car in relatively often. I put a grill gaurd on my tocoma then the cold weather showed up and I started my truck and had 4 warning light come on took it to sheridan toyota on Friday and Michael and 1 of guys had it fixed by Saturday morning. Aaron had a loaner car for me until my truck was fixed. I really appreciate the guy staying late to get my truck fixed for me. VERY GOOD SERVICE from everybody up there . Thanks you guys very much

Chris and his crew in the service department go above and beyond to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of promptly and professionally. I have never had a bad experience at Fremont, they are excellent people to work with..not to mention the dealerships involvement in the community. They sponsor, host and volunteer at several large (and small) events in Sheridan County...thank you for continuing to be a community-minded business here in Sheridan.
Hands down one of the best service departments I have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and always have my vehicle done on time and ready for pickup. Patrick M. in service is phenomenal. I hope to see him up front one day to share his knowledge and friendly attitude directly with customers. Chris H.
