My experience with this institute is really bad. My family doctor refer me to here one year ago, and firstly it took me several month to get it scheduled. Then the day I was there, the receptionist was rude and laughing about my language. Later the sleeping study was scheduled and they said they'll figure out the insurance. And after 4 month waiting, just before the scheduled date, they told me the insurance can't do it and change it to taking home sleeping study which took another 3 months. They have a 6 min late policy which was not mentioned earlier to me. I was late by 2 minutes due to a meeting and they didn’t take me. Zero empathy. The next appointment is 3 months out and this appointment was taken 3 months ago. They should have atleast as a courtesy called me before cancelling my appointment. Overall a very bad experience. Iam sure they understand that the appointments are hard to get. Didn’t expect such a customer service from PAMF.
I called two days, and no one is answering the phone.
