We've used this company more than once. The first time was a wonderful experience. This time we have had unnecessary delays and plenty of frustration that could have been prevented with upfront communication. Steven has been great to work with. I'll leave the rest of my review until our job is complete.
Yesterday, I received a call from Roofer Mike, again wanting to know if I had heard from my insurance adjuster or received any paperwork and with the answer still being no, he then asked me once again what the adjuster said when he was out here. Crew did a phenomenal job, super hard workers. Got the roof done in a day, and their clean-up was awesome. Definitely went the extra mile.
