Hospice team very caring and genuine. They helped us through a very long and hard road. The care they provided for mom and our family was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you
I greatly appreciated the help I received for my husband during the time that it was needed. The phone was answered quickly and questions were answered. I had to call a couple of times at night and if I felt I needed help someone immediately came out at night the 20 miles to get to my house. I was alone with his care, and it was often difficult on a day-to-day basis, but the people of the hospice were all so kind and patient.
The nurse and social worker broke several laws. They were everything hospice shouldnt be. I was told by 2 government workers and a lawyer i should report them. They lie, were not comforting, threatening and dropped my parents with no care plan which is against the law. They filled out medicaid paperwork wrong which took months to fix and caused so much damage. When I couldn't find someone to come in and give them full time care AFTER HOURS OF CALLING PLACES and ads placed they threatened to call adult protection services so ... read more
Hospice care as it should be!! Ovarian cancer is a painful disease, but everyone worked hard to insure that she never suffered. Everyone was so kind and caring for our sister,/daughter,/ mother. Always attentive to her comfort and dignity. Provided emotional support and care to family, allowing us to continue to care for her as needed. Even coming over at 5AM for clarification of hospice procedures. Spiritual support was a challenge for Chaplin Scott, but he was gracious and never pushed. That meant so very much.
