The Ford dealer at Sheridan WY service dept is outstanding! We’ve traveled over 1000 miles from Illinois. On our way to Yellowstone and DEF light came on saying it was almost empty. We called the dealership and asked them if we could come in and they said yes if you can get here by 4 o’clock on Friday. We didn’t get there till 415 and they were very happy to help us.
