great place the sales staff was wonderful. I needed a new truck and didnt have the greatest of credit and they walked me thought the things I needed to do and now I have my new truck. Thanks to Cory, Jason, Moy and the new guy Jessie
Had a problem approximately 1 year ago where we towed a vehicle into the shop that wouldn't start. The next day we picked up the truck while it was running in front of the shop. However once we stopped at a gas station for the trip home the truck wouldn't start again. I had the truck towed home so my actual mechanic could repair the thing correctly, haven't had a problem since. my experiience was very positive. everything was exactly as it was represented to me.
I will not return to Fremont Ford!! I had my car serviced there and they mark up there auto parts by at least 40% more than they pay for them. I had to take my car back 3 times to get the service done correctly and the last time they sent the strut out to be compressed. I had my small granddaughter with me and I was told it would take only a couple of hours later. I got billed 700 dollars to install a block heater cord and diagnostic on my truck a max 200 dollar job it was just the cord not the element it just plugs in should have done it myself in the snow bank
