Would NOT recommend. They will lie about the “extended warranty” but activate it the moment you drive off the lot concurrently with the factory warranty. They do not care about customer service and will not help resolve any issues. We were told the GM was fired and an employee was fired due to this exact issue so I know we aren’t the only ones who have been deceived by this company. If you want a dishonest company that will run you around the block then I would recommend Fremont.
I received timely and through service at Fremont Motor Powell. Paul in the service department always gets back to me quickly and keeps me updated on how my repair is going.
