Purchasing a "high dollar" object can be stressful...such as an automobile. Well, Jasmine at Fremont Motors made the presentation with little to no stress. We truly appreciated that. We have owned Jeeps before but how technology has changed the process. She addressed all our questions and, when necessary, knew where to go within the Fremont Motors organization for answers. Traveling through needed a quick oil change. They worked us in. Very helpful, friendly and thorough. Even offered a great suggestion for lunch while we waited.
In May I bought a van elsewhere and it died on me in June. I chose to bring it Fremont in Powell because I have had also had wonderful experiences with them. They are the best. They kept me updated on the progress and what the costs would be. I will continue bringing my vehicle to them for service.
