Making an appointment was easy staff was friendly and professional service was exactly what I had contracted for my truck was delivered to me freshly washed with a full report excellent experience.
I had an issue with my Ram truck, and being that I had just relocated to Wyoming, I had to locate my nearest Ram dealer, which was Fremont Motor Lander. After test driving to replicate the issue, the parts were ordered and replaced in time for me to take it on my 1500 mile road trip. It has been issue free, and I would like to thank Taris and Todd for making this happen for me. Great place, great people!
great service, even washed my truck
Salesman Hai, Finance wiz Chelsey & Manager Chris went beyond professional. 8:00 am, busy Monday morning, average Joe shows up w/ 5 alarm problems and a Family reunion in town. ( I guessed my odd of getting anything meaningful done were way low to 0, but I still went) Hai and Chris worked out a solution on the fly and my odds began to rise bigtime. By 4:00 on Thursday, all drama was a thing of the past, and resolved to my 100% satisfaction. Thank you for helping me and my family. * and "P-Nut" says "Thank you too".. :D
