Visiting Cody Wyoming from Ontario Canada.coming out of Yellowstone our check engine light came on on our 2023Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel.We called the dealership the next morning they got us in and out that day with the necessary repairs needed to get us on our way.Top Notch Service,staff are very friendly,professional and accommodating.
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I went in on Monday to get my truck looked at, and was greeted by Hannah. Everything seemed good until it wasn’t , i sat there for 2 HOURS, i never got any update from anywhere. After sitting there for those two hours i decided to head back to the service area so that i could try and figure out what was going on… Guess what? Nothing like your truck acting up on a road trip! Called Fremont since it was as close to me as I dared drive. Spoke with Hannah in service and she was amazing! The great service we received from her only continued throughout the process. Was able to get in quickly and the service team there really knows what they're doing. In and out quicker than we ever would've expected and got back to enjoying our trip. Thank you. (no offense.....hope we never see y'all again!)
