When you put in application: don’t dare put that you have a Chihuahua. I cannot believe how rudely I was treated by the entitled snotty girl on the phone just now. I put in my application and have plenty of money for deposit even extra for pet deposit. I was willing to pay more than what they asked for per rent. This company rents out run down, borderline unlivable properties. With multiple people in Canon City Facebook groups citing unfixed issues like mice, roaches, mold, flooding issues, broken heaters and plumbing, broken windows/doors, etc. That are never addressed or fixed. Personally I have had issues with all of the above at 2 separate properties I have rented from them, only moved into the 2nd one hoping the first one was a fluke. I've lived in the same rental for almost 18 years... have been here since FIP took over, of all the owners that have come and gone these guys are definitely the best.. always so quick to address issues... office staff is so pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental!!
If I can give this “Management Company” negative stats I would. DO NOT move into one of their properties!! They’re slum lords, unprofessional and scammers! I lived in one of their rentals for 6 months and was ready to leave after the first day. Nasty rude women who are just mad at life so they take it out on their tenants.
