Take caution with this unethical company! I was approved for a lease from this business. I asked a simple question of how much is the penalty for breaking the lease. The business (namely, an employee named Edie) then told me that their "broker" will no longer lease to me because I asked that question. Edie refused to give me the name of the broker, then refused to give me the name of the owner of the company. She said that she would give them a message to call me but no one ever did. They have you submit all ur information and dont even check into it. The lady edea there is a nightmare dont dare ask a question or she will say your being hostile. No customer service very unprofessional, i wouldn't send my worst enemy to rent from these people.
The WORST company I’ve ever rented from. From overcharging utilities, to lying and completely ignoring maintenance requests.. to their crappy attitudes and lack of professionalism. I have recorded conversations from them blatantly being disrespectful when asked to explain charges that were added to our account(with no valid explanation btw), and Edie twisting stories and telling Trisha we said things during a phone call that were never said. They do not rent safe homes. Came home to a gas leak from the furance with my medically fragile newborn who was on oxygen, their contractor didn't fix the problem at all and we had to call the fire department. The gas valve had gone bad because the furnce (and valve) were from the 70s and it was pumping gas into the unit so if we had turned the pilot on it would've caused an explosion. If you pay what you owe they treat you decently with understanding and consideration but you become unreliable they act accordingly to ensure they don't get any issues like any other property owners. Love em
