They do not rent safe homes. Came home to a gas leak from the furance with my medically fragile newborn who was on oxygen, their contractor didn't fix the problem at all and we had to call the fire department. The gas valve had gone bad because the furnce (and valve) were from the 70s and it was pumping gas into the unit so if we had turned the pilot on it would've caused an explosion. If you pay what you owe they treat you decently with understanding and consideration but you become unreliable they act accordingly to ensure they don't get any issues like any other property owners. Love em
When you put in application: don’t dare put that you have a Chihuahua. I cannot believe how rudely I was treated by the entitled snotty girl on the phone just now. I put in my application and have plenty of money for deposit even extra for pet deposit. I was willing to pay more than what they asked for per rent. This company rents out run down, borderline unlivable properties. With multiple people in Canon City Facebook groups citing unfixed issues like mice, roaches, mold, flooding issues, broken heaters and plumbing, broken windows/doors, etc. That are never addressed or fixed. Personally I have had issues with all of the above at 2 separate properties I have rented from them, only moved into the 2nd one hoping the first one was a fluke.
