If this wasn’t the only decent option I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here. However, this is one of the better options for a town this small. This was also quite expensive, nearly $3000 total for 11 days. This was a business trip, I couldn’t stomach paying that much for a place like this myself. My room was cleaned daily, I did find the yellow linens and towels off-putting.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Fremont Inn in Lakeview, Oregon, mainly due to the office manager’s consistently poor customer service. From the moment I called to make a reservation, I felt unwelcome. When I asked if breakfast was included, she replied, "It depends on how many guests I have that day," which was already an odd answer.
