Had a service (front master recall) done today. Took a hour which was nice, sad part is I was riding by and thought to stop in and see if the parts were shippied to them yet. They had the front master in its box and from what the service tech said "he doesn't know how long it's been sitting" was a bit unprofessional after a 3 month wait. No call or email to inform me, funny thing is the shop was slow and no customers. ..
