WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could give it a zero star I would in a heartbeat. We took our new 2024 Ram here, only has 27,000 miles on it for a warranty issue and they are claiming that it got hit. When 10 other things would’ve got hit before it if that was the case. Terrible experience. Had my vehicle for 4 weeks. "Fixed" the wrong thing, then told me, "Well, that part was going to need to be replaced eventually anyway, and we'll give you a slight discount in the labor cost" They made me pay for a completely unnecessary repair...

While driving a rental RV, we had a problem while trying to check the oil level as suggested by the RV rental company. The problem was that we could not locate either the dipstick tube OR the dipstick itself. We pulled into Fremont Ford in Cody, Wyoming and went directly to the service department. After being told that no technicians were available to help us with our problem, a service advisor (I did not get his name, but he is balding and about 40-50 years old) came out to help us.
