My husband and I switched a couple years ago and I have never had one issue with FFCU. The Clyde staff is amazing and remember us every time and have been more helpful than I could have ever imagined! Plus, I love how much this bank gives back to the community.
Horrible bank. After 10 years I’m choosing another bank. Sat on hold for 20 minutes cause a supervisor wouldn’t answer the phone. Take 7-10 days to withdraw from my checking account. Lots of fees. I won’t be at this back again
I've had nothing but problems with this bank. do not suggest this bank to anyone. cant even access my bank via online. such sad little bank
stop your bank tellers from trying to steal people identities. When I go to try and withdraw money from this bank they give me such a hard time. they gave me a bank card but for some reason want to see my i.d. as well. wtf is that about? Trying to steal my identity....thats what. don't ever trust this bank. they are a bunch of shady characters
