Absolute horror experience here! If there was an award for the worst and most unfeeling dentist in the world, it should go to Dr. Mahvash Khajavi-Harvey and her dental team. Not only did they misdiagnose dental issues that I did not have, they've cost me permanent dental pain that would cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix, if it can even be fixed. I have never particularly enjoyed visiting the dentist. Long wait times and impersonal service top the reasons. As a patient of Dr. Mahvash Harvey for the past dozen years, I have never had to wait a minute beyond my scheduled appointment time in more than two dozen visits during which I received nothing but impeccable, personal, and friendly service from Dr. Mahvash and her exemplary staff. I didn't feel listened too after some dental work when I had a lot of pain. I went to a different dentist who said I needed a root canal. I don't think I'll go back.

The worst dentist experience I've had- 2.5 hours for a teeth cleaning!?! I presented in pain wanting a cleaning and filling and xrays. I sat in the waiting room for 20 min, took 45 MINUTES FOR MY XRAY- performed by a woman who did not understand english, and who hit me in the head with the xray machine (that I had to hold in place...). The cleaning was done by 5 different people- One put a gob of sugary polish right into my cavity then tried to rinse it with cold water (after I told her it was hot/cold senstive).
