Excellent service experience. Mr. Singh was very thorough in taking care of recalls, every service detail and returned the car in the promised timeframe. Dealership also provided good coffee, seating area option and also a shuttle to go home while car is being serviced. I will visit again.
I had a very frustrating experience at Fremont Chevrolet. I scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment for an oil change and transmission flush. Throughout the day, I checked in multiple times, and at no point did anyone inform me that they would need to keep my vehicle overnight. It wasn’t until I had already left for work that I received a call saying they were “having trouble” with my vehicle and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Decided to trade in my vehicle and get a new one after an expensive maintenance estimate, but Essa made my first time buying a car easy and understandable. Very easy to talk to and he helped answer any questions I had, helped me to find a fun new ride. An error message came up the day after I bought it, but after bringing it in for service, Roberto helped me get the replacement part and got me sorted out free of charge. They definitely took care of me here, great service!
I have been trying to get a quote for brake replacement on my 2020 Chevy Malibu Premier for the past two days, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. I called several Chevy dealerships in San Jose and Fremont, expecting that as a Chevrolet owner, I could easily obtain a quote over the phone. However, it seems impossible to get any information.
