I recently visited Fremont Chevrolet for a battery issue with my car, and I had the pleasure of working with Ram, the service advisor. Very long story but do not do business with this dealership, or any other dealership in their group. *Also, I was asked to write a "five-star review" while doing paperwork in front of the sales rep, which I'm assuming is the case with most the other reviews on here. Not the best sals experience I’ve ever had. But at the end of the day I feel like I got a good deal with a lot of hassle
Took my car in this morning at 11 to get it diagnosed for loss of propulsion . Erik The guy at the service department told me that the diagnostics should be done today. It has been 4.5 hours that they had my car no calls about anything or any new information. I called 4 times and left Erik a voicemail to see what was going and nothing.
