I waited two hours for them to tell me my warranty was expired! You can’t just tell me that upfront? Will never come back.
I was greeted by Emal the sales rep and was treated with nothing but respect, the best experience i’ve had at a dealership yet no hassling or back forth just good communication and customer service. The other Emal sales manager was also very helpful and respectful, helped push the process along so i wasn’t in the dealership all day. When it came to the financial end of things Brad was very helpful and accommodating, he was very personable and wrapped everything up quickly. Highly recommend coming here!!!
We had a wonderful experience! We were hesitant to look at a car that was in the bay area as it was a few hours away from us but took the drive to check out a truck we saw online at Fremont Chevrolet. I had the worst service experience of my life at Fremont Chevrolet. I brought my car in for a simple maintenance service, and the staff initially told me it would only take three days. Based on that promise, I decided to leave my car there. However, it has now been 26 days, and I still have not been able to get my car back.
