It really is a terrible experience with the staff. They create as many barriers as they can to create jobs or to deny care 🤣. Let me walk you through the process so you know what to expect. After referral from your doctor, they call you to schedule an appointment to answer some questions and do your labs. Your husband has to call and make his own appointment in order for them to order his labs. The appointment is 1 month out and unnecessary as everything they said was in the written instructions. You call leave messages they don’t call you back. They have old people that don’t remember anything you say. They can’t communicate well; they need to retire and bring in new people and fire the supervisor in the front office they are totally incompetent and can’t do anything right
