Great experience getting a new Lyriq last weekend. The deal was about to fall apart but another Sales rep Dean pretty much made the deal happen. He was very polite, patient and understanding. Shared his opinions on what options to get and what doesn't make the most sense given our individual situation/preferences. Made sure the car was fully charged and pick-up process was smooth! Highly recommend working with him.
Not happy with service depart charging you regular service too I have service contract with cadillac south San Francisco they don’t want to serve at Fremont.
