feel like I was ripped off at this branch; they charged me $512 for an oil change and tire rotation. They were supposed to perform a multi-point inspection, but in the end, I realized they didn't even check the windshield cleaning fluid, They also promised me a shuttle service to my hotel while my car was being serviced—which was going to take a couple of hours—but in the end, they didn't provide it because, apparently, there was no staff available!
Very poor quality work. During a tire rotation the technician scratched my rim. My sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV had just over 5k miles. I have tried to get a hold of someone since Monday 8/17/2026 with no luck. Left numerous messages and no response yet.Friendly service
Said didn't pressure us and answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge. He listened to what my husband and I wanted and delivered.
