they are rude and honestly made cashing a check my client gave me a struggle. what would normal take about 4 minutes took an hour. keep in mind there was one other client in the bank at the time. they tried to make open an account just to cash a check.
This is the best bank to work with for a home loan. They don't do illegal practices like some of the big banks. They let you cash checks with the app and you can use any ATM. They will reimburse the fees automatically. It's a good honest bank.
I own three businesses and have been in the community for over thirty years. I wanted to open accounts in a smaller community bank. The man ( the assistant manager?) sitting at the desk would not open a business account for me although both the IRS issued EIN certificate, all personal documents and other bank accounts with same fictitious names from Chase were accompanying my documents.
