Disappointing Experience with Administration I've heard great things about Dr. Allen, but unfortunately, my experience with the administration was subpar. Despite confirming my appointment, I was told upon arrival that I didn't have one. The staff seemed unconcerned, attributing the issue to a recurring problem with their system.
