Appointment at 8.30. Till 9 nobody came to open office. Then someone told me its been closed from 1 year and Fiona Stanley Hospital sent me here to get my eye checked and booked appointment here.
Clinic doesn't exist! Fiona Stanley Hospital are refering patients with eye injuries to this clinic which has closed down!!!! Gross negligence by Fiona Stanley!
