I called to see if my insurance was accepted so I could make an appointment. The person who answered the phone was absolutely. I told her so, saying she could have been more polite; her response: "Our office is not known for that!!" I'm glad they don't take my insurance as.... this is how one is greeted by that doctor's office??!"

I am a caregiver and I so happy to be introduced to Dr Freistast. My clients loves her because she makes them feel very comfortable and does excellent job. One of my client feels like she is having a spa experience when she is there. Another one describes her as the best. Excellence service is delivered. Wheel chair accessible.
