I love this corned beef. We always buy the whole cut because we loved making corned beef hash the following morning. I do NOT boil mine because that makes it tough. I bake mine, covered, with a 24oz beer under the rack and it comes out a wonderfully tasty perfection!

How does something manage to be both tough as an old boot and excessively fatty at the same time? The amount of fat that came off this piece of thin cut corned beef was unbelievable; the package weight was mainly fat, and then simmered down to next to nothing. That which remained was excessively studded between the thin, chewy, fibrous strands of meat. Threw most of it away. The cabbage, potatoes, and carrots were by far the high point of the meal. I’ll certainly steer clear of this brand again. Just terrible.

I cooked your corned beef for 5 hours instead of 3 as directed. It’s disgusting. Shoe leather is easier to chew. More than half was fat. You have absolutely zero reason to be proud of your product. I threw it out since it’s impossible to chew it. To say that I am upset is an understatement. Five hours of cooking for nothing and no supper. We looked forward to pa cornered beef dinner.
