This is a great facility for buying or fixing truck with proffesional team. They doing good job under good management. Tecs are great the service advisors honest. They have knowledge. Nice service affordable price. The repairing time is really short with good job. All service advisors great but my favorite is BEN for getting my best. Go there and get your job done fine and fast.
I want to take a moment to recognize two great employees at Valley Freightliner... Ben "the SilverSurfer. " And Ms.Jenn Mann. I am so thankful I broke down in Toldeo ohio... The Hammers Towing guy Rick was nice and then the Service Advisors at Freightliner were even NICER.. They are open until midnight, soI had ms. JENN in the Day and a dose of Ben at Night and now I'm ready to apply to Freightliner for a job....lol Thanks guys for getting me back up and running and your hospitality. Found the issue and fixed it, didnt take long. Good area, nice parking for the trailer. Very clean.
Freightliner dealers are always open late for those who need parts late at night unlike most of the other dealers
