Brought my RV in with a diagnosis from another place and instead of thoroughly checking that part, it was bypassed. 5 hours later, the failed components were found right there on the reservoir like originally stated. Then they charged for the 5 hours of diagnosis as they searched for something that wasn’t wrong with the rig. First and LAST time bringing our rig here and recommend others steer clear if you don’t want to be overcharged for overlooked diagnosis.
My experience with this dealership’s service department has been extremely frustrating. Communication is poor, updates are almost nonexistent, and it feels like there is little urgency to get the job done. My truck has been sitting here far longer than it should, with no clear explanation or realistic timeline for completion.
