When our RV broke down, we first called the national Freightliner number—only to get voicemails and no response. Fortunately, we found Freightliner of Maine Inc. in Bangor, and the experience was night and day. We immediately got in touch with a very friendly and helpful mechanic who took charge of the situation. He arranged the towing and made sure everything was ready for us the next morning.
