Beware of racketeering at this place! I brought my 2025 Freightliner Cascadia to this location because my power steering failed and it gave me a fault message. I dropped it off on a Monday. However, they wouldn't get to it until Tuesday. That Tuesday around 11 am, I was called in to test drive it with the tech after the work was completed. It drove great! When our RV broke down, we first called the national Freightliner number—only to get voicemails and no response. Fortunately, we found Freightliner of Maine Inc. in Bangor, and the experience was night and day.
