I cannot begin to tell you how phenomenal Charlie and his team were. I had a serious breakdown on a critical load and these guys communicated so well (while setting realistic expectations), provided options and pretty much went above and beyond to save my ass. Long story short: the lost art of customer service is alive and well at Freightliner in Spokane.
