the mount vernon location is garbage, the staff is not friendly at all, they are no help in anyway. the communication from them is horrible. if you drop off something to get fixed dont expect them to let you know that it is done. their customer service is probably some of the worst i have ever experienced and i have been to some dives. please people do not use this place for service. DONT!
“RV owners – HIGH caution of doing service work at this location!!” I own a 2000 Beaver Contessa, diesel pusher, rear radiator. A few years ago, I took it to Freightliner NW in Coburg Oregon for a radiator cleaning, I was experiencing some high temperature issues while climbing hills. After reading many forum posts about slobber tubes pushing oil into the radiator, I thought it would be a good idea and Freightliner NW recommended it. If there were a way to give a zero, that is what they would get. I took our motorhome to them for a coolant leak in Oct. They found fuel leaks, replaced supply and return lines(supply line had been replaced 3 years earlier so sure it was NOT bad) said the found a loose hose clamp. (I pointed out coolant dripping out of bell housing) 3 trips back to them with my insistence the pulled the trans and found the leak, not fixable. this should have been discovered before spending 9 thousand dollars., Now tack doesn't work, miracul... read more
I agree with George Strattard, avoid this Freightliner dealer!!!! If you don't want to read this entire review, just know that this dealership appears to be very poorly managed. DON'T GO HERE!!!! I first called them in early spring to make an appointment for my annual RV service as I was going on vacation from Wenatchee to Yellowstone in my Tiffin Phaeton 36 GH and would be passing thru Spokane in late July.
