I called a dealer to ask about replacing a water pump. They told me it would take 4 hours of labor, but in reality, it’s a 2-hour job at most. It seems like they’re overcharging for the work. The 2 stars are only for the parts, not for the service. Be careful and always double-check labor estimates before agreeing to repairs.
Well whenever the truck goes down these guys take the best care of us here at Ubox. We've had a few issues and Freightliner always comes through on time or early and we're back in the road! Friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Always clean and professional. I would highly recommend them 👌 👍
This was the first annual service for our new motor coach. The greeting by the service desk couldn’t have been any better. During the inspection it was identified an engine seal needed to be replaced. I had a bit of anxiety learning about this. The shop supervisor explained the process and so put our minds at ease.
