If I could leave the service department zero stars, I would. I brought my truck into Freightliner Northwest Olympia for a few repairs, including a DOT inspection and a new air compressor. They originally quoted me $2,100 for parts and labor. The next day, they called to inform me that some AC hoses were brittle and recommended replacement, bringing the updated quote to $2,500, which I approved. We had parts put on will call. So all we had to do was go in and pick them up. The parking lot is huge and could use a little grating done. Friendly staff in person and on the phone. Just give them your bin number and they pull up the part , even turn the screen around so you can see it it looks like the right part.
Very helpful and people always nice
Called last night for a leaking wheel seal. Also found 2 small coolant leaks. Very impressed with the service and Todd was easy to work with. I would recommend this shop for sure.
