I called Thursday afternoon with a miss fire in my brand new m2 service truck. Spoke with Jennifer at the service desk and she said bring it first thing Friday morning and they would get it looked at. I showed up at 8am and they pulled it right in. Our tech Lance, in one afternoon, caught what Kansas City didn't. And got us back up and able to make our delivery!! The receptionist, deserves more pay, was kind, caring, and appeared to be running the service department. Also, a special thanks to the manager we didn't meet. We were truly blessed!
