Our tech Lance, in one afternoon, caught what Kansas City didn't. And got us back up and able to make our delivery!! The receptionist, deserves more pay, was kind, caring, and appeared to be running the service department. Also, a special thanks to the manager we didn't meet. We were truly blessed!
