The staff are very friendly and welcoming
This is the best dealership I have ever delt with and unfortunately I have delt with alot this past year. I purchased a 2026 freightliner cascadia 126 and im constantly in the shop for repairs. I purchased from a different dealership so this location has nothing to do with the problems I have or any dealership for that matter. Freightliner themselves have some major quality control problems but this dealership outperforms any dealership I have delt with in the past, even the peterbuilt and KW dealerships. Aggressive part department don’t call them
Customer service was great, our Cascadia diagnosed, service completed & on the road same day. Showered during the wait as well, it was a clean bathroom which was greatly appreciated & needed. And dogs were welcome in the customer service lounge too.
