Mandy and her Service Dept really care !! They work hard to get you back on the road quick !! This is the place to bring your business !!
This place is ridiculous. Poor customer service. Poor repair work. They promise to have you fixed tomorrow, and 2 days later you're still waiting. Nobody calls back with updates. Nobody in service can answer any questions. Technicians don't know what they're doing. They guess at what's wrong. Charge $5000. And you break down the very next day. Then repeat. I'd steer clear of this place.
Chris Harris in the body shop went above and beyond to address my concerns for repairs to my truck after an accident. He communicates, listens, and especially makes the customer feel at ease. This man is a great asset to this dealership.
