Its amazing how this operatioon can even stay open. I guess they are 24 hr so they can lure "customers" in when others are closed. Today I needed some fuel filters. Have bought hundreds from them over the years. I called 1st and yes parts is open. I drive thru the lovely I-80 Construction zone and get to the counter were there are no customers. Just sevral Parts Guys sitting doing nothing. I tell one I need some fuel filters and he needs the Vin #. He finds out it an IHC. He can't helpme. Its for a 6.7 Cummins, Vitually in s... read more

Haven’t got truck in yet but they aren’t 24 hours have techs here but can’t check in till 0700 so not 24hrs. Checking in is stupid have to wait in line to get in the express check in (need to change the name on that) why can’t the service counter check me in and then do the diagnostic and come tell me what’s wrong like all other Freightliner shops do. Guess they thought I just dropped the truck off but they did wind up taking care of me and got truck fixed fairly quickly. Thanks guys

Great experience, needed s pipe off turbo replaced and a new ac condenser. Was in by 1300 and out by 2000. Let me stay the night, up and rolling early next morning refreshed. Awesome place
