They cheat and steal money from carriers. They wrote on the rate confirmation that the driver must have pallets with him or pay for them. Of course they said nothing about this when we booked the load . Be careful, they can write anything in small letters and then take money for it fraudulently.

Very bad experience with this guys “AUSTIN ROBINSON” very rude disrespectful dispatcher no manners he has anger issues refused to change the status of the load that I did for him he don’t want to pay ref#159891,the factoring email me said that he need to change the status of the load says close in e-pay in order to get pay that he refused a load the receiver rejected I agreed to take it back to the shipper and now this how he is treating me back not good at all he’s their MC #147619.
